Leading up to this unannounced regression, Anubis had already begun entering my field through dreams, symbols, synchronicities and an unexplainable knowing. When I arrived in Egypt and stood before the Papyrus of the Book of The Dead, something ancient awakened within me. It felt as though Anubis was calling me... In the nights that followed, I dreamt of resurrection — of being exumed and finally given the proper burial that had never come.
What makes this experience so profound is that I had not told anybody about any of this. Yet during a group healing, Khethiwe unexpectedly saw a past life of mine — a warrior who did not die a "great" death and therefore felt unworthy of sacred passage or honour in death. The moment she spoke, intense emotion rushed through my body. It felt like deep soul recognition.
Khethiwe saw me in a way I couldn't yet fully see myself. Her ability to access what was hidden beneath the surface, without prior knowledge or prompting, was one of the most validating and healing experiences I have ever had.
Egypt did not feel new to me, it felt remembered.
